Local Planning Apps is the provider of this web site, and the pages that form the planning and other information provided to users.  The web site and any additional emails, PDF files, spreadsheets or data files form the services provided by Local Planning Apps.

These services are provided to Residents’ Associations and Not-for-Profit organisations including their members.

Local Planning Apps provides services on the following basis only:-

1. Reasonable efforts only
2. No warranty is made or implied concerning the accuracy or timeliness of any data or service components
3. Local Planning Apps will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential costs that may result from missing, or inaccurate data
4. All or part of the service can be suspended at any time, at the sole discretion of Local Planning Apps
5. Changes and enhancements to any part of the service can be implemented at any time at the sole discretion of Local Planning Apps
6. An area to be monitored will be agreed with each client prior to the service commencing. Only those planning applications that are identified as being within the agreed area will be provided within service reports
7. It is up top the client to ensure that the monitored area remains correct.  The client will need to submit requests for changes as road names or postcodes are revised
8. Local Planning Apps may elect to cease providing some or all services to any client (or clients) on a temporary or permanent basis at any time. If the cancelled services form a significant component of the agreed services then a pro-rated refund will be provided

By taking the service from Local Planning Apps the client agrees the following

1. The client related items above

2. Local Planning Apps can use the name of the client and any logos, and their planning report within marketing

    materials

3. The files and web links associated with the services provided by Local Planning Apps will not be distributed or
                copied by clients except in these deemed “permissible” cases:

• Contracting residents’ associations or contracting not-for-profit organisations may distribute files and/or web links provided by Local Planning Apps to members (having voting rights), or those likely to become members, of their own organisation
• Where written permission has been provided by Local Planning Apps.
