All is fair in love, war and planning !! - as some developers believe

Most house owners that apply for planning permission are considerate to neighbours and many developers are reasonable and realistic with their planning applications.  However, over the years I have dealt  with many half-truths, blags, lies and other assorted deceit from the small number of developers that want to make as much money as they can - they will do and say whatever it takes to get their project approved and to maximise profit. This small group do a major disservice to the building & development industry.  The worst cases are recognised below.
